Love Kate's Kate and Maggie series. This one was really good. She batted this one out of the park. Hilarious as usual.

As usual this book was well written and had a great story with characters we've all come to love! Great Book! Pick it up and enjoy!

I have been a devoted fan of Ms. Sweeney; I have read everyone of her books. I have loved the Kate Ryan Mysteries -- until the last three books in the series. I believe the chemistry between Kate and Maggie is superb! Perhaps their relationship is what makes the series enjoyable. There is drama, laughter, and true love between them. My disappointment with the series is that in the last three books -- there was no substance. I mean, from the beginning of the series, it was about murder. Hence, the mystery series. It kept the reader interested and looking for clues to solve the puzzle with the heroine. Now, the stories just march but go nowhere. Hopefully, Ms. Sweeney gets back on track.
I have to say that as much as I love Kate Sweeneys romantic novelles, her Kate Ryan mysteries was just as entertaining. Her warm humor and romantic touch is never far away, but she really knows how to write a mystery and to hold the reader on the edge throughout the books. I have to say that after the first book I was hooked, and after the 10th book I was sad, longing for more.
